Rock star Gene Simmons of KISS fame and his long time girlfriend, Playboy Playmate Shannon Tweed, like ALL couples, had their share of disagreements, past hurts, and life baggage that affected the health of their relationship. As a last-straw effort to save theirs, Gene & Shannon enrolled in The Marriage Boot Camp where Jim Carroll and David Bishop ran them both through a series of drills and exercises that pushed them to the limits.
The experience was intense for all involved; there were even times when Gene nearly took a swing at Jim during confrontational drills. In the end, Gene and Shannon’s lives were changed for the best. This all occurred on A&E’s Gene Simmons Family Jewels, so you can see a lot of the action by watching the episode for yourself.
